We hope everyone is well and enjoying the nice weather. It is hard to imagine, but we are already preparing for fall 2020 soccer and we need to start our registration process. Right now, we need to operate under the assumption that the season will start on time. We will be transparent with everything we know going forward but if your child is planning to play, it is imperative they are registered by the deadlines.
We have done our best too accurately apply credits for both payments made in the spring and previous coach credits that were applied this spring. Because this was a largely manual process, in a rather complicated system oversights may have occurred particularly with coach credits. When registering for Fall 2020, if you believe a credit shown is an incorrect amount, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE completing the registration.
Sportsmanager does not allow us to refund credit card payments; we have to issue any refunds in the form of checks, which is time consuming for us and causes delays in payment for you. You will not lose your registration info. You can pick up where you left off after we straighten out the credit situation.
The deadline is July 1st for all travel leagues. These are players who will be entering grades 3 and above this fall. After July 1, we cannot guarantee a roster spot nor will that uniforms be in on time.
For in-town leagues, which is players in grades Pre-K through grade 2, the cutoff is August 1. After August 1, we cannot guarantee a roster spot.
For all age divisions, registration will be closed if/when the group fills up. This may be prior to the registration deadlines. Your best bet is to register as early as possible and ensure your child gets on a team.
Fall 2020 registration closes for all leagues / all age groups (except TOPS) on August 20.
Important information about travel uniforms: (Please read carefully). THE DEADLINE TO ORDER NEW TRAVEL UNIFORMS WILL BE JULY 1ST.
If your child is playing on a U10, U12, U14, or U17 fall soccer team and they do not have one that fits from a prior season or they have not played travel prior, then they need to order a new travel uniform. Players 2nd grade and younger are provided a jersey.

*The jerseys and shorts are customized with name and number, and cannot be returned. Uniforms are an athletic fit and may run smaller than what you are used to.
Due to the custom design, it also takes a while to get replacements, so if you order the wrong size, your player will not get their uniform in time for the season start and you will have to purchase another uniform. It is imperative you have your child try on the uniform before ordering.
