Please note that due to changes to the U.S. Youth Soccer age brackets, you may notice some differences in how the age divisions appear. We will be transitioning to the grade-based age group names, but we will continue to use the traditional names as well (U10, U12, etc.) while we all adjust to the new brackets.
As noted in previous communications, MOST players will not be affected, even in the registration process. Those who end up being too old or too young for their current team can be moved to remain with classmates/teammates. If a player qualifies to move up, even though s/he may not be playing with classmates, you can choose that age group, too. In most cases, we expect players will want to stay with classmates.
Also, you may be presented with more than one age group option when you register a child.
- Please base your age group choice on the GRADE your child will be entering in the fall of 2016.
- If you do not see the option for the age group you believe your child should be playing, please register for what IS shown, and put a note in the comments. You may also want to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, though we will look at all of the registrations.
- We CAN change the age grouping after you register, so you’re not locked in. Go ahead and complete the registration and let us sort it out later.
For travel leagues only – U10, U12, U14, U16, U18 and U19 – there is a $50 late fee after July 1, 2016. Please register early.
There is no late fee for U4, U5, U6 or U8.
