Wall Ball (U10 - U18)

| Drill/Game: | This is a simple but effective Drill. If you have access to a wall this drill helps the gun shy player. You or an assistant throw the ball at a wall at different heights so that the players must use their feet or body to trap the ball. Since they are not getting the ball kicked directly at them they are less likely to be gun shy. Many players love this drill and asks for it at every practice. Great drill to work on trapping, ball control and reaction to the ball. |
