Star Wars (U5 - U8)

| Drill/Game: | Since you often will have lots of parents at U5-U8 practice - might as well get the the parents involved.
Have the kids line up on one end of the field (goal line) and the parents line up on each side of the touchlines (sidelines) with multiple balls. (Assuming you are on a small 3v3 or 4v4 field) Have the kids run to the end of the field without getting hit with a ball kicked by the parents. If the player is hit with the ball (always below the waist- no ball should be kick hard or high) they are out and become one of the shooters but with a ball from inside the playing field. Once you play it they will always ask for it! Best for kids 8-9 and under.
